The Service.

The ‘Value’ service is ideal for artists who want their demos to have a punchier, polished sound to increase the impact on their fans. It’s perfect to do before uploading demos/singles to MySpace/FaceBook, or for demos to present to venues for gigs.

The ‘Premium’ service is better suited to EPs or Albums, where there must be a greater consistency in the overall sound of your songs. This process takes longer, as the tone and loudness of each track must be matched.

How is it so affordable?
To save you money, track mastering is scheduled between other production jobs. This is why it can take up to 14 days for a job to be completed**.

Equipment?
Songs are mastered in the digital domain using ProTools HD, and a combination of analogue outboard processors.

The Process:

• Download and complete the application form. (Link at top of page)
• Post it with your mixes to: PO Box 1075 Brighton Road Victoria Australia, 3184.
• Your songs will be mastered and an MP3 snippet will be email for your approval.
• On approval, you will be invoiced.
• On receipt of payment, your tracks will be posted^.

Rates per song (Inc. GST):

• $33AU* (3 or more)
• $44AU* (Less than 3)
• $60AU* (Premium Mastering – For EPs, Albums)

Song preparation:

• For best results, provide songs as 24bit/48kHz .WAV or .AIF files (16 bit/44.1kHz OK also)
• 4-6 db of head room (Look at your master meters in your project session. The highest peak should be less than 4 db)
• Remove any processing from the stereo master bus. ESPECIALLY any brick-wall limiters such as Wave’s L3.
